RowBiking is a great way to build ABS and work your core. A RowBiker asked recently how to get even more AB results. One of the best ways to accomplish your goal is to lean back at the end of your power stroke and do 5 or 10 short AB contractions - like a mini sit-up. Do this after a few power strokes and see how you feel. Work up over time until you feel you are getting the results you desire.
